You must present the paperwork and receipt provided at purchase/installation. No exceptions. The plug is unique to YOUR vehicle. Plugs are NOT interchangeable, providing an additional security feature of the RAVELCO Anti Theft Device. Fleet customers such as law enforcement, plumbing companies, electrical companies, etc. often elect to purchase extra plugs to accommodate their employees. QUESTION: What about my Factory warranty?

ANSWER: Having RAVELCO Device properly and professionally installed by an authorized RAVELCO dealer will not invalidate your new car warranty! THE MAGNUSSON-MOSS ACT ENSURES THAT YOUR NEW CAR WARRANTY REMAIN INTACT, IT WILL NOT BE EFFECTED BY ADDING THE RAVELCO ANTI THEFT DEVICE AS A SECURITY FEATURE FOR YOUR NEW CAR.
